Arak Al-bayati
Chairman and Co-Founder
Arak Al-Bayati is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Al Maseer Group. With over 20 years of experience in real estate development and 10 years in the insurance industry, he also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Almaseer Insurance.
Throughout his career, Arak has developed deep expertise in project management and business administration, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and leading complex initiatives across diverse sectors.
He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Baghdad University.
Yaser Kasim
Group Director
Yaser serves as the Group Director of Al-Maseer, overseeing the daily operations and management of the Group’s three companies spanning insurance, human resource development, and real estate. He works closely with the leadership teams of each business to drive growth and operational excellence.
A former professional football player, Yaser represented Iraq at the senior level with over 25 caps, offering a unique perspective shaped by his experience across European and Middle Eastern landscapes. His background brings a distinct blend of discipline, teamwork, and strategic insight to his role.
Yaser is a member of both the CFA Institute and the IMC.
Lina Ali Mohamad
Relationship management and organizational support
Lina Ali Mohamad is an experienced professional specializing in relationship management and organizational support within Al-Maseer Human Resources. With over four years of experience, she excels in fostering strong connections with clients and brokers, coordinating team placements, and supporting HR functions.
Currently leading the Relations Department at Al-Maseer Human Resources, Lina focuses on client retention strategies, process improvements, and training initiatives for internal teams. Her expertise in event coordination and team management ensures seamless collaboration across departments, contributing to overall organizational growth.
Based in Baghdad, Iraq, Lina is dedicated to building efficient systems and empowering teams to deliver their best work.
